Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using UnoVision Studio applications and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of UnoVision Studio applications for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the applications
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by UnoVision Studio at any time.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities and actions under your password, whether or not you have authorized such activities.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our applications for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• Use the service in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the service
• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the service

Content

Our applications may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content that you post to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content to the service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

The materials in UnoVision Studio applications are provided on an 'as is' basis. UnoVision Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations

In no event shall UnoVision Studio or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use UnoVision Studio applications, even if UnoVision Studio or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Modifications

UnoVision Studio may revise these terms of service for its applications at any time without notice. By using these applications, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
