Data Deletion Overview

We respect your control over your personal data and provide multiple ways for you to delete your personal data stored in our systems. This page details how to delete your account and associated data from UnoVision Studio applications.

Account Deletion Options

You can delete your account and personal data through the following methods:

In-App Deletion

  1. Open the application
  2. Go to Settings or Profile
  3. Find "Account Settings" or "Privacy"
  4. Select "Delete Account"
  5. Follow the confirmation steps

Via Email Request

  1. Send an email to devxiaoyi@gmail.com
  2. Use subject: "Data Deletion Request"
  3. Include your account email
  4. Provide reason for deletion
  5. We'll process within 30 days

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Personal information (name, email, phone number)
  • Account preferences and settings
  • Usage history and analytics data
  • User-generated content and files
  • Communication history with support
  • Device and technical information

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for legal and operational purposes:

  • Transaction records (for financial compliance)
  • Legal compliance data (as required by law)
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
  • Security logs (for fraud prevention)

This retained data cannot be used to identify you personally and will be deleted according to our standard retention policies.

Processing Timeline

We acknowledge your deletion request within 24 hours

We verify your identity to protect your account (1-3 days)

Your data is permanently deleted from our systems (7-30 days)

Confirmation

We send you confirmation that deletion is complete

Important Notes

Account Deletion is Permanent

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will lose access to all your data, settings, and any premium features you may have purchased.

  • Deletion requests cannot be canceled once processing begins
  • You may need to delete data from third-party services separately
  • Some data may remain in backups for up to 90 days
  • Shared content may remain visible to other users
